In these 1 hr sessions (6.45pm-7.45pm) we will explore tools to support your unique and individual birth journey. Through birth ball exercises, breathing practice, birth education and meditation you will build your confidence and find your own way to a positive birth experience. MummyNatal Birth Preparation is suitable at any stage and number of pregnancy and will support you in whatever type of birth you are planning.
