Bean Stork will happily come to you to deliver the 6 hour MummyNatal Birth Preparation course. Usually this is delivered over 6 relaxed sessions however we can organise to do this in 3 x 1.5 hour sessions or similar. In these sessions we will explore tools to support your unique and individual birth journey. Through birth ball exercises, breathing practice, birth education and meditation you will build your confidence and find your own way to a positive birth experience.
MummyNatal Birth Preparation is suitable at any stage and number of pregnancy and will support you in whatever type of birth you are planning. You will need to bring a birth ball to this course.
MummyNatal Birth Preparation classes are relaxed sessions which include:
- Birth ball exercises.
- Breathing Practice
- Exercises to encourage baby into the optimum position for birth
- Managing intense sensation exercises
- Birth physiology
- Birth choices education
- Mindful meditations
- Plenty of time for Q&A.
- A chance to make new friends.

Cancellations & Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone this course. In cases of unforeseeable circumstances like extreme weather, we will give as much notice as possible.
Customers who purchased will be offered a refund for the session or a place at a future session. If you would like to cancel your place you will need to give 21 days notice however you can transfer your booking to another course.
